Indian Consul General DC Manjunath (center) participated in the opening ceremony of the Space Studies Program of the International Space University this year at Rice University. The group consists of ISRO scientists and engineers and doctoral/masters students from various universities. The delegates also benefited from interacting with senior scientists/administrators NASA, particularly those of Indian origin.
