Writers of Indian mythology should get up and take notice. The concept of the Icchadhari naagin (snake woman) has existed since years but newer ideas like Icchadhari nevla (mongoose) and now, Icchadhari mor (peacock) are finding their way into popular culture, courtesy Naagin.
After Rajat Tokas, who had, perhaps the shortest cameo on the show, actress Madhura Naik is all set to make an entry. We saw Rajat as an Icchadhari naagin, while Madhura will be seen as an Icchadhari mor (peacock), who will create turmoil in Ritik (Arjun Bijlani) and Shivaanya’s (Mouni Roy) life. Their relationship is already in a critical stage.
In the coming episodes, we will see a special day when Shesha (Adaa Khan) and Shivaanya will do a dance for the naag mani. As per buzz, Ritik will also come to know that Shesha is a Naagin and inform Gurumaa (Komolika Guhathakurta) of the same. Then, we will see an attack on Ritik by Shesha.
Actress Madhura Naik will be an Icchadhari Mor who will trouble Shivaanya. As people might know, snakes get attacked by peacocks. Madhura has earlier worked with Balaji on Pyaar Ki Yeh Ek Kahani.
